Working Title Lecturer Behavior Analysis
Job Summary

Provides instruction and related activities in Introduction to General Psychology as well as courses in the undergraduate Behavior Analysis major, which includes courses designed to meet the coursework requirements to sit for the BCaBA certification examination. Teaches 15 credits per semester during the regular academic year; must plan, meet, and evaluate all assigned classes. Maintains at least 10 office hours per week; complies with all University policies, procedures, requirements and deadlines. Employees may be directed to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically delineated in this description. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; competitive benefits program.

Minimum Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Psychology required. A Doctoral degree with a specialization in Behavior Analysis; BCBA, BCBA-D, or eligibility to teach courses in a BACB Approved Course Sequence; and teaching experience at the undergraduate level pregerred.
